1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 training for individual attention to your needs. Every exercise is instructed, supervised and guided. Make consistent progress in strength, balance, coordination and more! You are never left alone, or given an exercise that doesn't take you one step closer to your goals.


Buddy Training

Designed for two to three participants, buddy training offers an option for those short on cash but interested in a personal trainer. By "buddying up", you will not only have a great workout partner to for extra motivation throughout a phenomenal workout, but can train for a fraction of the cost.


Group Training

Work out with a small group of 4-10 people, be lead through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high! Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.


In-Home Personal Training

Want me to come to you? Not a problem! I will travel to and around the Twin Cities areas. Rates are subject to being slightly higher to cover travel expenses and time, but if you like to train at home, but need a little extra push or motivation, not to worry! I can provide all the equipment, tools, and energy you need!


MAX Fit Camp

The FIT CAMP structure replaces your old, long, boring, machine-based workouts with new, energetic, simple, effective, quick and fun workouts that get amazing body transforming results for both women and men, regardless of your age or fitness level—every single time! I will challenge your entire body with the most effective fitness training techniques that utilize little to no equipment. Boxing/Kickboxing

Looking for a way to shape up your workout routine? Or looking to feel empowered through self-defense? 

This form of training is designed to be the perfect total body workout, and one of the fastest way to the tight, toned body you seek.  You’ll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group.  At the same time, you’ll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement… and a whole new attitude walking down the street.


Personalized Workout Programs

I can design a training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). To save time, many diet or fitness programs are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use computer-generated programs. But, most exercisers are more successful at reaching their goals when using a program that is designed just for them. I utilize the profile you provide to develop your customized program so that you are always doing exercises that are just right for YOU. I design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.
